Sometimes they came loose from the handle, but it was my first time using it and I still need to get used to it. Still, the physical effort I used before is gone with this product; it is worth the investment. It may seem weak, but when you start using it, you realize it is strong and needs to be held a certain way, otherwise it slips away. It has 2 speed options, low and high, and the battery came almost 100% charged and lasted a long time. I finished using the product and still had 2 battery bars left.
